Communication Diplomacy offers Hard to Soft tactics tactics as well as verbal and Non-verbal skills. . This course is geared to de-escalate/diffuse incidents, minimalize lawsuits and improve business image, which inherently affects sales. The founder also the author of the Venue Control Host Program (VCH) which has been incorporated in many of the Western Canada nightclubs and bars.

45min - Intro and Mental Prep  

30min - Use of Force Continuum

90min - Communication DIplomacy

45min - Non verbal Communication

90min - Restraints using minimal force and limbs

90min - Close Quarter Combat (CQC) Unarmed - Soft

Duration 6.5 Hours
